Return unassembled, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging within 90 days, together with your original receipt, for an exchange or a full refund.
If the exchange or refund criteria are not fully met, we reserve the right to decline the request. This policy is an addition to the IKEA commercial guarantee.
We want to make sure that returned products can be enjoyed by another customer. That’s why some items cannot be returned, including:
- Products whose packaging has been opened or damaged after being received.
- Products that have been assembled.
- Products damaged due to use.
- Custom-made products such as kitchen countertops, cut fabrics, and cut curtains.
- Used or opened textiles, mattresses, and mattress pads.
- Food products.
- Home electronic appliances.
- AS-IS (Pojok Diskon) products.
- Promotional products purchased in quantities of more than 6 units/articles/transaction.
- Selected products marked or labeled as “non-returnable.”
Starting 1 August 2025, purchases of IKEA products made through third-party e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop) are not covered by the IKEA 90-day return policy. Returns for these purchases follow the terms and conditions of each respective platform.
