Return Policy

Return unassembled, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging within 90 days, together with your original receipt, for an exchange or a full refund.

If the exchange or refund criteria are not fully met, we reserve the right to decline the request. This policy is an addition to the IKEA commercial guarantee.

We want to make sure that returned products can be enjoyed by another customer. That’s why some items cannot be returned, including:
  • Products whose packaging has been opened or damaged after being received.
  • Products that have been assembled.
  • Products damaged due to use.
  • Custom-made products such as kitchen countertops, cut fabrics, and cut curtains.
  • Used or opened textiles, mattresses, and mattress pads.
  • Food products.
  • Home electronic appliances.
  • AS-IS (Pojok Diskon) products.
  • Promotional products purchased in quantities of more than 6 units/articles/transaction.
  • Selected products marked or labeled as “non-returnable.”

Starting 1 August 2025, purchases of IKEA products made through third-party e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop) are not covered by the IKEA 90-day return policy. Returns for these purchases follow the terms and conditions of each respective platform.

Try Your Mattress at Home for 90 Days

A new mattress takes time to adjust to your body—and your body needs time to adjust to it.
If it still feels too firm or too soft after a few weeks, you have 90 days to exchange it.
Simply bring the mattress back to any IKEA store and we’ll help you exchange it for a new one.


Terms & Conditions
  • You may exchange your mattress once within 90 days, as long as the mattress is not dirty, damaged, misused, or cleaned using incorrect methods or cleaning products.
  • The program is valid for 90 days from the purchase date, with the original IKEA receipt or sales order number.
  • The following products are excluded: Pojok Diskon mattresses, JESSHEIM futon mattresses, RÅHOLT guest mattresses, all mattress toppers, sofa-bed mattresses, and children’s mattresses.
  • Refunds for returned mattresses are issued as an IKEA Return Voucher.
  • Only one exchange/return per customer per mattress purchase is allowed.
  • The replacement mattress must be of equal or higher value than the returned one.
  • No cash refund is available for installment payments. 
  • Cancellation is not allowed once the installment package is confirmed.
IKEA reserves the right to cancel the exchange if the program terms and conditions are not met, as well as the general terms stated on www.IKEA.co.id and the IKEA Indonesia App.

Missing, damaged, or incomplete orders

Sometimes things don't go as planned. If your order arrived incomplete, contained damaged products, or didn't even show up, we're here to help. Please contact us via WhatsApp and or visit our nearest store. ​
