Because sometimes you change your mind

Not completely satisfied with your IKEA product? Don’t worry. Simply return the unused product in its original package within 90 days for a full refund. We will refund you in the same way as the original payment. Remember to bring your receipt.

We want to make sure your returned product can be enjoyed by someone else. That’s why there are some products we can’t refund:
  • Custom-made products such as kitchen countertops, cut fabrics and cut blinds
  • Products that have been assembled or damaged by the customer
  • Bed textiles and unwrapped mattresses and mattress pads
  • Plants and food products
  • As-Is products
  • Our 90-day return policy does not apply to promotional product purchases of more than 6 units/articles/transactions

Return for free at any IKEA store. You will need to take all of the goods you are returning, together with a copy of your Order Confirmation email.

By parcel

You can return the unused item in its original package in order to effect a refund. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, You can send them back to us via parcel, please contact us for a solution.

Missing, damaged, or incomplete orders

Sometimes things don't go as planned. If your order arrived incomplete, contained damaged products, or didn't even show up, we're here to help

Visit your closest store

Regardless of your issue, you can always visit any IKEA store and we will find a solution for you. If your item is damaged, bring you the damaged item and proof of purchase. If you are missing an item, bring your order confirmation.
