Return Policy

For exchanges or refunds, you can return the product within 90 days. Return the unopened item with the original purchase receipt from IKEA.

If the exchange or refund criteria are not fully met, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund. This policy is in addition to IKEA's commercial guarantee.

We want to make sure that other customers can enjoy the products you return. That's why some of our products cannot be returned :
  • Products whose packaging has been opened or damaged after being received by the customer.
  • Products that have been assembled
  • Products damaged as a result of your use
  • Custom-made products such as kitchen countertops, cut fabrics, and cut curtains
  • Used/opened textiles, mattresses, and mattress pads
  • Plants and food products
  • Home electronic appliances
  • As-Is products
  • The 90-day return policy does not apply to promotional product purchases of more than six units/articles/transaction

90 days Love Your Mattress

It takes time for you and your new mattress to get used to each other. If you find it too firm or too soft, you have 90 days to exchange it. Return it to an IKEA store and we'll replace it with a new mattress.

Terms and conditions
  • It is important to us that you love your new mattress. So, if after a while you discover that it is too firm, too soft just bring the mattress back to us and simply change it for another.
  • You may exchange your mattress once within 90 days if you don’t love it, provided that it is not dirty, marked damaged, misused, abused or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products..
  • Simply take your mattress back to the IKEA store with your receipt and we will help you find one that suits you better.
  • This guarantee is valid for 90 days from purchase receipt date by showing the original IKEA receipt or the sales order number.
  • These products are excluded: AS/IS mattress, JESSHEIM futon mattress, RAHOLT guest mattress, all mattress toppers, sofa bed mattresses and children’s mattresses.
  • Limited to one exchange/return per customer per item purchase.
  • The replacement of the mattress purchase should be the same amount or higher than original matress returned.
  • IKEA does not issue refunds on any items paid for instalments. No cancellation will be allowed once the Credit card instalment plan is confirmed.
  • IKEA reserves the right to cancel orders if they do not comply with the terms and conditions that apply to this program and the terms and conditions listed on www.IKEA.co.id and the IKEA Indonesia App.

Online shopping Returns & refund

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return the unopened item within 90 days with a copy of your Order Confirmation email. We will refund the price you paid for the item and credit the refund amount to your credit/account to which you made the payment.

We will not refund any delivery and assembly costs you have paid if you request to return the item delivered to your home. And based on our evaluation of the item's condition, we will refund the product value.

In-store

Return for free at any IKEA store. You will need to take all of the unopened and unused item in its original package, together with a copy of your Order Confirmation email.

Pick-up point

Return for free at our Pick-up point.

By parcel

You can return the unopened and unused item in its original package in order to effect a refund. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, You can send them back to us via parcel, please contact us for a solution.




Missing, damaged, or incomplete orders

Sometimes things don't go as planned. If your order arrived incomplete, contained damaged products, or didn't even show up, we're here to help

Regardless of your issue, you can always visit any IKEA store and we will find a solution for you. If your item is damaged, bring you the damaged item and proof of purchase. If you are missing an item, bring your order confirmation.
