You can collect your order at our Pick-up Point.
This free delivery fee covers the delivery of your purchase to the Pick-up Point, and applies to all online orders regardless of size*. More importantly, it can help you save. Ship as little as a single sofa or as much as an entire combination of sofa, all for free. *Maximum total weight of 300 kg per transaction applies for IKEA Pick-up Point at Hero Permata Hijau with maximum product dimension 150x100x80 cm
*Maximum total weight of 1500 kg per transaction applies for IKEA Pick-up Point at Hero Mall Taman Anggrek with maximum product dimension 150x150x150 cm.
*Maximum product dimension applies for IKEA Pick-up Point at Hero Puri Indah Mall is 190x90x100 cm
Collecting your purchase
Before visiting your local Pick-up Point, be sure to bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email. Once you arrive at the Pick-up Point, a representative will help you retrieve your order. Please note that orders should be collected within 10 days upon arrival, for uncollected items (more than 10 days) will be automatically cancelled.
Attention: Following the Government's Regulation, here are the following conditions apply at IKEA stores / Pick-up Points.
There is no age restriction to enter IKEA Alam Sutera, IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan dan IKEA Jakarta Garden City. For IKEA Sentul store, only visitors who are 12 years and above are allowed entrance to the store.
Download Peduli Lindungi app. Make sure you have registered in the Peduli Lindungi application.
Scan the QR Code at the entrance of the IKEA store with the Peduli Lindungi app and show the results to our officers.
Green : Customers are allowed to enter the IKEA store.
Yellow : Customers will be asked to show the Vaccine Certificate in the PeduliLindungi or must show a negative result of PCR Swab (max 2x24 hours) or Antigen Swab (max. 1x24 hours) and Identity Card to the officer.
Red and Black : Customers are not allowed to enter the IKEA store.
IKEA reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitors who do not comply with government regulations.
Now you can collect your purchase from IKEA.co.id or IKEA Indonesia app at Indomaret stores that have been assigned by IKEA. Indomaret Pick-up service is currently only for Jabodetabek, Bandung, and Surabaya areas. Check the assigned Indomaret stores below
After shopping at IKEA.co.id or IKEA Indonesia app, you will get a SMS notification from Indomaret to collect your purchase. Show the notification to Indomaret cashier when picking up your purchase.

Terms and Conditions
Customers can only pick up packages at Indomaret stores that have been assigned by IKEA.
Parcel service is only applicable for online buyable products with package size smaller than 100cm x 50cm x 50cm, and weight per-order is below 10 kg.
Customers’ order is expected to arrive at the selected Indomaret store within 7 working days.
Customers to collect their order within 5 days after receiving information or notification from Indomaret.
Customers are required to show proof of SMS notification from Indomaret to collect their goods.
If customers don't pick up the product within 5 days, product will be returned to IKEA warehouse on the day 7th.
IKEA Indonesia will refund for any unclaimed item (excl.delivery fee). Customers need to re-purchase again.
Customers must check the package during collection of the package, and ensure the package received is in good condition.
Customers need to report to IKEA Indonesia for any loss and damaged item within 72 hours.
IKEA Indonesia is not responsible for any delay in the delivery and/or consequential loss including and without limitation to any commercial, financial and other indirect losses including losses incurred in transportation or delivery arising from matters beyond IKEA's supervisory capacity including damage due to Force Majeure, such as including but not limited to continuous rain, earthquakes, natural disasters, riots, floods, pandemics/epidemics, wars, coups, insurrections, Government policies and any other causes beyond IKEA’s control.
