IKEA Indonesia Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • Valid for purchase of home furnishing items from Showroom, Market hall, AS-IS and IKEA Food.
  • IKEA voucher can only be purchased by cash, debit, credit card and bank transfer. Not valid for purchases with Return voucher.
  • IKEA voucher is valid for one year after date of purchase.
  • Can be used together with other payment methods including cash, credit card and debit card.
  • Any unused balance of gift voucher will not be returned to customer.
  • IKEA Indonesia is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift voucher.
  • IKEA voucher can only be redeemed once.
  • There is no limitation on the quantity of voucher used in one transaction.
  • IKEA voucher are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
  • IKEA Indonesia reserves the right to amend Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
