Choose your products on the IKEA website or app.
Go to your shopping cart.
Enter your postcode and select “Self Pick-Up” as the delivery option.
Choose your preferred Pick-up Point.
Complete your payment.
Collect your order after receiving a notification via WhatsApp, or track your order status via track & trace here.

Orders can only be collected after you receive a notification that your order is ready Please present your invoice or order confirmation at collection.
