We deliver to your doorstep
We deliver your IKEA online purchases to your doorstep. Shipping costs will be calculated systematically depending on the weight of IKEA purchased product and delivery destination. The delivery time may vary according to your destination
Area Delivery times
  • Your delivery and assembly charge will be calculated at the checkout.
  • You will receive a delivery notification email to advise you on the delivery date estimation.
  • Should you select the self-collect option, you will receive a self-collect notification email with the estimated collection date at IKEA stores or Pick-up Points selected.
  • Delivery time may vary due to rain, traffic or any unforeseen circumstances.
  • If you are not able to accept delivery, please make sure that there will be someone available to accept delivery on your behalf. This person must be an adult who is capable of receiving the delivery and able to give the delivery team instructions if they are needed. The person accepting delivery will need to sign the delivery document to confirm delivery has taken place.

Home delivery and assembly terms and conditions

  • You may change the schedule of home delivery and assembly date at a cost of IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). Such schedule change can only be done at the latest 1x24 hour before the selected date of service and maximum for 1 (one) time change, depending on the available time slot. The agreed and paid change cost shall not be cancelable and refundable.
  • The customer will be charged a normal service fee if the customer is unavailable to receive orders on the agreed service time and date.
  • IKEA shall not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery and/or consequential loss including and without limitation to any commercial, financial and other indirect losses including losses incurred in transportation or delivery arising from matters beyond IKEA's supervisory capacity including damage due to Force Majeure, such as including but not limited to continuous rain, earthquakes, natural disasters, riots, floods, pandemics/epidemics, wars, coups, insurrections, Government policies and any other causes beyond IKEA’s control.
  • All works outside the purchase list of products and services as in the sales order are not the responsibility of IKEA. You shall be held responsible to determine the location where the products assembly will be carried out. Any changes in the assembly location shall be your responsibility due to it can result in products damage. IKEA will not be moving the products, changing the electrical wiring and making modifications to products except for drilling/assembly purposes which include in the purchase list of products and services as in the sales order.
  • IKEA shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury after the assembly/drilling of IKEA products has been completed, except for damage incurred directly during the process of assembly/drilling of IKEA products and is proven by IKEA’s fault.
  • Workmanship guarantee for assembly of IKEA products valid for 30 days during normal use after the date of product assembly.
  • For products that can not be transported by elevator in the high-rise building, an additional fee will be imposed to move the products to the designated floor.
    Shifting fee
    Floor 1st -3rd Free
    Floor 4th -5th IDR 100,000/floor (maximum to 5th Floor, IDR 200,000/invoice). It is your responsibility to shifting products that exceed the maximum floor limit. IKEA reserves the right to refuse to carry out such transfers.
  • The home delivery area shall cover JABODETABEK City based on postal code. Below is the schedule for home delivery and assembly:

  • This home delivery and assembly services shall not apply for AS-IS product.
  • Live plants cannot be delivered via a same-day delivery service. 
  • For order payment before 2:00 PM, live plants will be delivered 2days after the confirmation.
  • For order payment after 2:00 PM, live plants will be delivered 3days after the confirmation.
  • Live plants delivery service is only available in the Jabodetabek area.
  • Live plants cannot be exchanged or refunded if the customer simply changes their mind.
  • Live plants that have been delivered to Jabodetabek area Pick-Up Points (Alam Sutera, BSD, JGC, Kota Wisata, Sentul City, Mall Taman Anggrek, Puri Indah Mall and Kamala Lagoon) and Pick-Up Points Bandung (Kota Baru Parahyangan and Paskal) must be collected within a maximum of 2 days after products have arrived.
  • Appliances cannot be delivered via a same-day delivery service.
  • Appliances delivery are only available for the Jabodetabek area.

Same Day Delivery service terms and conditions

  • Starting from 1st of Mar 2021, Same Day Delivery will only be available for online purchases.
  • Same-day delivery service applies to orders that weigh less than 300 kg per order.
  • Same-day delivery service cannot combine with other services
  • Same-day delivery service for parcel orders (orders weight is less than 10 kg) only applies to package dimensions under 55cm x 35cm x 40cm.
  • Same-day delivery is only available in Jakarta city, Tangerang and South Tangerang.
  • Same-day delivery only applies to home delivery. (Not valid for delivery to apartments, commercial areas)
  • Same-day delivery service only applies to orders that have been received and payments confirmed before the daily cut-off time (14:00 WIB).
  • Same-day delivery service is not available after the daily cut-off time and/or capacity is reached the limit on that day.
  • Orders will be delivered to the customer before 22:00 WIB on the same day.
  • For payment with Bank Transfer or Virtual Account, payment must be completed before the cut-off time. Any payment after the cut-off time will be shipped on the next day. (Only apply for Online and WhatsApp order)
  • Orders will be re-delivered within 3 days if the customer does not receive them on the same day.
  • The customer will be charged a normal service fee if the customer is unavailable to receive orders on the agreed service time and date.
