Your Assignments:

  • Develop a country IKEA social media presence strategy & plan that covers content, communication, tools and resources on IKEA social media, all digital platforms/devices & social media. Implement the full plan and secure the efficient and effective integration & optimization of all IKEA communication and commercial activities present on the social media
  • Establish, monitor & maintain the social media channel operations/releases in line with the global social media channel
  • Define & manage local projects and liaise with the global social media organization to secure integration. Secure the implementation of the country social media strategy together with other functions (e.g. media, PR, IKEA Family)
  • Define governance, manage processes and social media-related brief cycles (especially those related to content creation). Do the brief cycle (includes receiving briefs, defining the competences needed to execute the brief, providing solutions & managing implementation
  • Co-operate with all functions involved in the execution of the marketing & commercial plans, especially in the dimensions of: content creation and optimization, content management and media synergies (“what” messages, “when” and in “which” media) and usability (consumer navigation experience)
  • Work together with Web & App Leader in creating a seamless online customer experience
  • Monitor consumer behaviors and trends in relation to digital media to create relevant insights for all stakeholders

Your profiles:

  • Experience of customer-centric business, retail and/or home furnishing. Has basic code knowledge
  • Strong interest and personal experience in using social media and multiple devices/apps. Experienced in social media management, creating and implementing long-term communication strategic plans, setting budgets and following up goals. Experience of effective and efficient use and measurement of online media (owned and earned)
  • Proven ability to work with a holistic approach with online communication/advertising/statistics agencies. Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English & Bahasa Indonesia
