Then, visit the Customer Service area at your nearest IKEA store or contact our Customer Service for assistance.

How to find the spare parts you need?

Step 1: Search the product on IKEA.co.id or IKEA App

Step 2: Click Product features section in the product page

Click “Product features” section in the product page

Step 3: Open the Assembly & Documents section

Open the “Assembly & Documents” section. There you can find the assembly document of products

Step 4: Find spare parts and ID number in instructions

The spare parts and identification number can be found in the products assembly instructions
