Standard Gift Voucher Purchase Terms & Conditions

• Valid for the purchase of home furnishing items from Showroom, Market Hall, AS-IS, and IKEA Food, excluding services (such as measurement, assembly, installation, or other services provided by IKEA Indonesia).
• Product exchange or return follows the 90-day exchange or return policy, accessible at Return Policy.
• Expired IKEA Gift Vouchers cannot be extended.
• If a product purchased with a gift voucher is returned, IKEA Indonesia will refund the payment with a Return Voucher.
• IKEA Indonesia does not provide delivery of IKEA Gift Vouchers or include them in product shipments.
• IKEA Indonesia reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Additional Gift Voucher Benefit Terms & Conditions

• Applicable as a benefit for IKEA Business within a specific period and conditions for IKEA Business Members.
• The additional IKEA Gift Voucher benefit is valid for the purchase of home furnishing items from Showroom and Market Hall, excluding services (such as measurement, assembly, installation, or other services provided by IKEA Indonesia).
• Applicable for IKEA Business Members with IKEA Gift Voucher purchases of a certain amount or within a certain period, according to IKEA Indonesia's policy.
• The additional IKEA Gift Voucher benefit is not valid during SALE periods and other ongoing promotions (including IKEA Family and Store-specific promos).
• Product exchange or return follows the 90-day exchange or return policy, accessible at Return Policy.
• Expired Gift Vouchers cannot be extended.
• If a product purchased with a gift voucher is returned, IKEA Indonesia will refund the payment with a Return Voucher.
• IKEA Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed once.
• IKEA Indonesia does not provide delivery of IKEA Gift Vouchers or include them in product shipments.

New Member Inbound Gift Voucher Offer Terms & Conditions

• Applicable to new IKEA Business members who have registered through a direct visit to the nearest IKEA for Business store.
• The New IKEA Member Gift Voucher promotion cannot be combined with other IKEA promotions.
• The validity period of the New IKEA Member Gift Voucher is three (3) months from the date of issuance.
• Customers are entitled to receive a Gift Voucher worth IDR 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah).
• The voucher is obtained on the first transaction with a minimum purchase of IDR 15,000,000.00 (Fifteen Million Rupiah).
• The voucher can be used for the next transaction up to IDR 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah).
• Redemption of the IKEA Gift Voucher cannot be delegated to others unless accompanied by a power of attorney and a copy of ID.
• The New IKEA Member Gift Voucher is only valid for purchases from the Showroom and Market Hall and does not include services (such as measurement, assembly, installation, or other services provided by IKEA Indonesia).

New Member Outbound Gift Voucher Offer Terms & Conditions

• Applicable for new IKEA Business members who have registered through the IKEA Business Outbound team.
• IKEA New Member Gift Voucher promotion cannot be combined with other IKEA promotions.
• The validity period of the IKEA New Member Gift Voucher is three (3) months from the issuance date.
• The customer is entitled to receive a gift voucher worth IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah).
• The voucher can be used with a minimum transaction value of IDR 2,000,000 (Two million rupiah).
• The GV is granted upon the first transaction with a minimum purchase of IDR 20,000,000 (twenty million rupiah).
• The exchange of the IKEA Gift Voucher cannot be delegated to others unless accompanied by a power of attorney and a copy of the ID card (KTP).
• IKEA New Member Gift Voucher is only valid for purchases from the Showroom and Market Hall, excluding services (such as measurement, assembly, installation, or other services provided by IKEA Indonesia).

Terms & Conditions of Gift Voucher Purchase Benefits for IKEA Business Developer and Non-Developer Customers

• The validity period of the IKEA Gift Voucher is one (1) year from the date of issuance.
• Customers are entitled to receive additional Gift Vouchers with the following terms and conditions:
  • Developer: Additional 5% IKEA Gift Voucher for every Gift Voucher purchase worth IDR 100,000,000 (One Hundred Million Rupiah).
  • Non-Developer: 3% IKEA Gift Voucher for every Gift Voucher purchase worth IDR 50,000,000 (Fifty Million Rupiah).
• Product exchange or return follows the 90-day policy, which can be accessed in the Return Policy.
• Expired Gift Vouchers cannot be extended.
• If a product purchased with a Gift Voucher is returned, IKEA Indonesia will issue a Return Voucher as reimbursement.
• IKEA Indonesia does not provide delivery services for IKEA Gift Vouchers nor include them in product shipments.
