Terms & Condition

  • Only available at IKEA Surabaya;
     
  • The event is carried out according to the available schedule;​

  • Schedule & theme can be selected at least 7 (seven) days before the event;​

  • Must pay DP (down payment) of 50% with a minimum purchase of 15 pax of the total payment no later than 3 (three) days before the event;​

  • Not allowed to change the theme after making a down payment (DP);​

  • The event starts and ends on time (including waiting for guests and payment);​

  • It is not allowed to bring clowns and other themes/characters from outside;

  • Not allowed to bring food from outside;​

  • If you bring a birthday cake from outside, it will only be used for the purpose of celebration (ceremonial), not acceptable to eat inside area IKEA;​

  • Down payment is non-refundable if any request is cancelled, please exchange the advance payment slip with the pre-selected food menu;​

  • Settlement of payments is made no later than the D-day before the event starts, and can be paid using cash and non-cash;​

  • Prices are not binding and may change at any time without prior notice.​
