Terms & Conditions : 

• This service is exclusively available at IKEA Mal Taman Anggrek.
• The event will be conducted based on the available schedule.
• The schedule and theme selection must be finalized at least 7 (seven) days before the event.
• A down payment (DP) of 50% is required, with a minimum purchase of 15 food packages, to be made no later than 3 (three) days prior to the event.
• Once the down payment (DP) is made, theme changes are not permitted.
• The event will commence and conclude punctually, including guest arrival and payment processing.
• External clowns, themes, or characters are not permitted.
• External birthday cakes are allowed for ceremonial purposes only and may not be consumed within IKEA Indonesia store.
• The down payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Please exchange the down payment receipt for a food menu containing the pre-selected number of packages.
• Full payment must be completed by the day of the event and can be made using both cash and non-cash methods.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
