Finally, IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan officially opened the video room after the rebuild. IKEA's high concern for children is the reason for the rebuild in this area.

IKEA wants this area to be a fun experience for the children who come. In this area, children can play while watching together safely and comfortably.

The video room has a mountain theme inspired by the natural environment of Kota Baru Parahyangan. Combined with bright colors, this area wants to give a cheerful impression to welcome children who come to IKEA.

​​​​Some soft toys with wild animal themes were also added to reinforce the mountain theme.

With the opening of the video room area at IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan which coincided with the commemoration of National Children's Day on July 23, 2022, and to welcome the 77th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia, IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan held a drawing & coloring competition aimed at children of various age categories.

Using event name "IKEA My Little Heroes", children will create a work with the theme "Stories of Heroes Around You" which will be poured into images through the IKEA Pappis Box media.

Supported by activities and various attractive prizes, this event is also expected to be able to stimulate children's creativity to play, learn, while telling stories about the daily life around them, both the home environment, school, etc.

In addition, IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan also collaborates with Pustakalana to provide a storytelling corner where children and parents can read and tell stories with the theme of heroism. IKEA hopes that this activity will sharpen their imagination and creativity and strengthen the relationship between parents and children.
