For in-store purchases, cashback is given in the form of a physical IKEA Voucher that can be used for the next purchase only at IKEA Indonesia stores.
IKEA voucher claims can be made at the customer relation counter at IKEA Indonesia stores. Customers need to provide information such as the purchase receipt and details like the name on the card, the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card, the approval code on the EDC receipt, total purchase amount, and installment tenure.
For online purchases, cashback is given in the form of a voucher code sent via email no later than 2 months after the promotion ends, and can only be used for online purchases.
The recipient of the IKEA voucher code is solely at the discretion of the partner bank providing the promotion.
Vouchers can be used for the purchase of IKEA products (accessories and furniture), excluding IKEA Food, services, and AS-IS products.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or converted into cash.
Vouchers are valid until November 30, 2024.
Payments using Vouchers can be combined with credit cards and debit cards.
Vouchers are invalid if the purchased product is returned or refunded.
When using the Voucher, the minimum transaction amount must be twice the value of the IKEA Voucher, and the difference in transaction value must be paid using the same bank card.
The remaining voucher value cannot be returned to the customer.
IKEA Indonesia is not responsible for any losses caused by unauthorized access to the Voucher by other parties or issues not arising from IKEA's fault/negligence.
IKEA voucher codes can only be used once and cannot be combined with other voucher codes during payment.
Cashback promotion is valid while stock lasts.
