Free Consultation - Interior Design Service

1. Free interior design consultation for 60 minutes. 
2. Customers can choose from available time slots during registration (subject to availability). 
3. Limited quota per day. 
4. Consultations can be conducted offline and/or online. 
5. Offline consultation is only available at IKEA Mall Taman Anggrek. 
6. Applicable for private homes or small-scale businesses (1 room with an area < 20m²). 
7. Does not include measurement service. 
8. Customers are encouraged to bring layout drawings and room photos. 
9. Cannot be combined with other promotions. 
10. Benefit can only be used once per customer. 
11. Consultation can be continued to a paid session.

2. If you choose an offline schedule, the consultation will take place at IKEA Mall Taman Anggrek (not available in other stores). 
3. If you choose an online schedule, please ensure you have a stable internet connection and use Microsoft Teams as the meeting platform. 
4. Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. 
5. You will receive an email confirmation once your appointment is successfully booked.
