Gift with Purchase Activity (Punch x Orangutan Bag Charm)  Terms & Condition 

  1. This Gift with Purchase promotion is valid from 28 February – 8 March 2026. Customers are entitled to receive one (1) Orangutan Bag Charm with a minimum purchase of IDR 1,200,000 on products or food in a single receipt. This offer is not valid for multiples and excludes service purchases such as delivery, assembly, interior design, and other services. 

  1. The promotion is limited to the first 100 customers per day at IKEA Alam Sutera. Gifts can be redeemed at the Customer Service area at IKEA Alam Sutera – Counter 8. 

  1. This Gift with Purchase promotion is exclusively available to IKEA Family members, and purchases must be made using a registered IKEA Family account. 

  1. Limited to one (1) redemption per member account per day. Redemption must be made by presenting the IKEA Family ID in the app. The IKEA Family ID used for redemption must match the ID stated on the purchase receipt. 

  1. Products purchased under this promotion may only be returned in the form of a Refund Voucher. 

  1. Customer purchases using Return Vouchers will not be eligible for redemption of bag charms under this activity.

  1. This promotion cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions during the same period (e.g., Bank promotions). 

  1. The promotion is valid while daily quota and stock last. 

  1. IKEA Indonesia reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or program regulations without prior notice.
