The Gift with Purchase promotion is valid from 28 – 30 August 2026 and 25 – 27 September 2026. Customers who make an in-store transaction are entitled to receive one (1) FABLER BJÖRN Bag Charm and an IKEA Family E-Coupon worth IDR 100,000, while customers who make a transaction via the IKEA Indonesia website or application are entitled to receive an IKEA Family E-Coupon worth IDR 100,000, with a minimum purchase of IDR 1,000,000 for home furnishing products or IKEA food in a single transaction receipt. The promotion is not valid for accumulated or multiple transactions and does not apply to service purchases such as delivery, assembly, interior design, and other services.
The Gift with Purchase promotion is exclusively available for IKEA Family members, and transactions must be made using a registered IKEA Family account. The promotion is limited to one (1) redemption per member account during the promotion period.
The promotion is valid for the first 100 transactions per day across all IKEA Indonesia offline stores, mobile application, and website.
E-coupons will be automatically issued to customer’s IKEA Family account after a qualifying transaction. The IKEA Family E-Coupon can be used immediately at all IKEA Indonesia stores, website, and mobile application, while the FABLER BJÖRN Bag Charm E-coupon can be redeemed at the store’s Customer Service area.
Redemption of the FABLER BJÖRN Bag Charm E-coupon is valid until the end of the promotion period (30 September 2026), while the IKEA Family E-Coupon is valid for 2 (two) months from the e-coupon issuance date.
The IKEA Family E-Coupon can only be used for the next transaction with a minimum purchase value of two (2) times the value of the received IKEA Family E-Coupon.
The IKEA Family E-Coupon can only be used for one transaction.
The IKEA Family E-Coupon cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
IKEA Indonesia is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access to or use of the e-coupon by third parties, or from circumstances beyond IKEA Indonesia’s control or negligence.
Product returns and exchanges are subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
This promotion may be combined with other ongoing promotions during the same period, including bank promotions.
The promotion is valid while quotas and stock last. In the event that the FABLER BJÖRN Bag Charm is out of stock, IKEA Indonesia reserves the right to substitute the gift with a product of equal or similar value, subject to availability.
