Let your child experience the thrill of being an IKEA co-worker for a full day! Your little one will be taken on a store tour, introduced to various areas of the IKEA working world, and get to participate directly in exciting hands-on activities based on their chosen theme.
Choose the days you want to join - one, two, or all three!
- Day 1 - Junior Chef (June 22 & July 6, 2026): Restaurant, bistro & cafe tour, plating challenge, and a food ingredients guessing game.
- Day 2 - Junior Interior Designer & Logistics (June 23 & July 7, 2026): Design a dream room, escape the store game, and forklift action or picking & packing challenge!
- Day 3 - Junior Sales (June 24 & July 8, 2026): Personal shopper product hunt, dessert decoration, and a furniture assembly competition.
Secure your slot by purchasing an IKEA Gift Voucher worth IDR 200,000 per registration day, which can be freely used for shopping at IKEA!
Recommended for children in grades 1-6 of elementary school, but all ages are welcome to join.
How to Register
- Fill out the registration form - complete the parent/guardian and child data, then select the theme & date. Please ensure your email and phone number are active and correct.
- Wait for the payment email - the first 30 registrants per date will be contacted by the IKEA Family team to pay for the IDR 200,000 Gift Voucher/day attended.
- Pay before the deadline:
- Saturday, June 20, 2026 - for dates June 22-24
- Saturday, July 4, 2026 - for dates July 6-8
Late payments will result in the slot automatically being moved to the waitlist.
- Fill out the payment confirmation form - use the exact same data as when you registered (name, email, phone number).
- Slot confirmed via email once our team has verified your payment.
- On the Day: Check-in using your confirmation email + email/IKEA Family ID, collect your Gift Voucher at the location, and your child is ready for the fun!
Things to note:
- Registering via the form does not mean your slot is confirmed - this only happens after you receive a verified payment confirmation email.
- 1 form = 1 child. Registering more than one child? Please fill out separate forms for each.
- Participating in more than one theme? Gift Vouchers are purchased per chosen day.
- Each theme can only be attended once per period (June 22-24 or July 6-8).
