Free Delivery – Hari Pelanggan Nasional (HarPelNas)

Terms and conditions:

  1. Promo valid from 4 – 6 September 2026 during ‘Hari Pelanggan Nasional’.
  2. Applies to IKEA Family members only.
  3. Free delivery applies to purchases of all Home Furnishing products:
    • With a minimum transaction of IDR 5,000,000 (excluding service fees and AS-IS/Pojok Diskon products).
    • Minimum total weight of 10 kg.
  4. Promo applies to both offline and online channels:

Customer’s National Day – Free Consultation Interior Design Service

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Free 60-minute room design consultation.
  2. Customers can select an available time slot during registration, up until the end of September 2026.
  3. Limited customer quota per day.
  4. Consultation is only available in person (offline).
  5. Offline consultation is available at all IKEA stores across Indonesia.
  6. Applicable for private residences or small-scale businesses (1 room with an area of less than 20m²).
  7. Measurement services are not included.
  8. Customers are advised to bring layout drawings and photos of the room.
  9. Benefit can only be used once per customer.
  10. Consultation may be continued into a paid interior design service session.

  3. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment has been successfully booked.

Reward Coupon Rp 100.000 – Customer’s Day Special

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Promo period is valid from 4 – 6 September 2026 during National Customer Day (Hari Pelanggan Nasional).
  2. Selected IKEA Family members will receive an IKEA Family Coupon worth IDR 100,000 in the app/website. The coupon can be checked in the app/website under My Account/User and select the My Rewards menu.
  3. Coupon is valid from 4 – 6 September 2026.
  4. Coupon applies for a minimum purchase of above IDR 200,000.
  5. Coupon is only valid for Home Furnishing products, excluding IKEA Food, AS-IS, and Services.
  6. Coupon can be used at IKEA Indonesia stores and the IKEA Indonesia app/website (coupon is not valid for purchases via WhatsApp and Shopee). Coupon can be redeemed at the IKEA Indonesia store cashier or the checkout page of the IKEA Indonesia app/website.
  7. Coupon can be combined with other promotions, such as bank promos and free delivery.
